Our Founder, Steve Doyle, spent decades working across executive search and technical recruitment and identified a gap that sat uncomfortably between the two.

On one side were high-end, City-based search firms, excellent but expensive. At the other were high-street recruiters who could move fast but frequently lacked the technical depth or networks.

From around 2020 onwards a further problem was becoming clear. The well known Job Boards had effectively placed online barriers between people and opportunities, creating frustration on both sides of the hiring process.
